Our care team is based at Hollins Hall itself and provides 24/7 care on site by our dedicated hard-working team, experienced and friendly carers, most of whom have worked with us for many years and we can therefore provide a consistent service.

The properties at Hollins Hall have a comprehensive emergency call system and every Resident may elect to wear their pendants for additional security. This gives our Residents reassurance that should there be an emergency then they will always have someone to call on.

As one of the UK’s most respected elderly care providers and a leader in its field, Hollins Hall is recognised, registered and regularly audited by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). This means that the carer you invite into your home is rigorously trained and highly qualified, and our standard of care is second to none. Our care services range from basic household tasks, assisting with medications, helping you to recover from illness (including COVID-19) through to specialised longer term care. For example, we are very proud of the work that our care team does in Dementia Care.

We are on call every minute of every day and we can get to you very quickly whenever you call.
